   Two important assertions in the above article are: “He blames state institutions” And “The hallmark of an educated mind is the ability to analyse problems coolly and rationally” First one is correct because all our institutions and systems are still British designed. Second statement is pathetic. None of the educated has so far pointed out that we NEVER changed a single colonial system after independence.
